We built ATLStay to close the gap between national scale and genuine local expertise — premium standards, deep Atlanta roots.

Why we started

There was a gap nobody was filling.

The national brands — Vacasa, Evolve, Awning — brought scale and technology to the market. But they brought it with national pricing strategies, national cleaning crews, and national customer service queues that had no idea when the Peach Bowl was, who was playing at State Farm Arena, or what a Buckhead corporate traveler actually expects from a short-term stay.

The local operators knew Atlanta inside out. But they often ran dated sites, operated with minimal transparency on fees, and couldn't offer the professional infrastructure that serious owners needed to feel confident handing over their property.

We built ATLStay to sit exactly in the gap between those two worlds. Local expertise, delivered at a standard the nationals set the bar for.
